Thankyou for your application to join our monthly Direct Debit scheme
The last payment you made was on your quarterly plan and when you are no longer covered by this payment we will send you a personal payment plan with details of the monthly amounts and dates for this new scheme.
With monthly Direct Debit, your first TV license will be paid for within the first six months. Next year’s license will then be paid over 12 months (six payments before the license begins and six after). We’ll send you a new payment plan each year, just before your licence is due to expire.

I see your problem. The letter is written in ‘twat’. A commonly used language of authority figures.
