Castlevania – Harmony of Dissonance (GBA)

Harmony of Dissonance CoverSo I punted myself back to the first castle and did a spot more exploring. Or a lot more exploring. I’ve found a few places where I’ve made some progress by thumping a hole in a wall but they’ve all led to more inaccesible areas so far. I also bumped into Maxim again who gave me a wee doobry that will give me access to Dracula’s lair. So there could be a mid-game confrontation there. Who knows.

An interesting observation, though, is that the first Castlevania game, Demon Castle Dracula, was called “ドラキュラ伝説 “ (Dorakyura Densetsu) in Japan. The interesting part of that is that “Dorakyura” sounds almost EXACTLY like an Engrish/Japlish pronunciation of “Dracula”.

Well, I found it interesting, at least.
