First day back

Gaaaaaaaah. Back at work today. I think we must be the only company in Scotland that’s actually open for business. Drove down the Mound (beside the Castle) at 8:45 and stopped at the traffic lights in Princes Street. Not another car in sight – the town is absolutely deserted. I don’t actually have very much to do to be honest – I’m going to run a few little maintenance jobs while the servers are quiet, but I’d much rather be at home. C’est la vie.

So, here I am, in an empty machine room, with only the cooling fans of two dozen servers to keep me company. Time for some Wagner methinks
