Poverty

Well, some progress at last. The assurance of support bond was wired to Australia today, so our bank account is several thousand pounds  lighter, but it’s one more milestone passed. Animal Crossing Wild World (DS)

Humph. Sold my turnips this morning. 177 bells each – not great, but the highest it’s been all week. I just know Nook will drop the price after lunch so I thought I’d quit while I was ahead. If he goes up to 500 bells this afternoon, I’ll NOT be pleased.

And so it begins all over again. The only thing that prevented the original GameCube Animal Crossing obsession from continuing was that it was such a hassle getting time on the telly, doing the whole freeloader swappy thing, switching memory cards and so on.
