We received an email from our agent last night. Our visa subclass (138 Skilled Australian Sponsored) has been given lower priority by the Adelaide processing centre. Gah! I’ve just had a hankering to play Yak Attack and discovered that it runs *horribly* in Windows XP 🙁 This is a Bad Thing(tm). Sadly, the source to the game was lost when we had a housefire and the only way to get it working properly would be to write it again from scratch.

Well, we’ve had a major spot of good fortune with this one. The person buying our house hasn’t yet managed to sell his own but is going to continue with the purchase at the beginning of April regardless. What this means is that we’ll rent our house from the new buyer until we’re ready to
