Manic Miner has been around for a long time and has been available on platforms ranging from the original Sinclair Spectrum to o2 mobiles. Well, I’ve ported Andy Noble’s wonderful remake of Manic Miner to the Mac as well. You’ll need OS X to run this, but it’s ACEBEST. This game is completely free but please don’t cover mount it without permission.
Incidentally – I’m skint. Please consider making a donation of 5USD using the button below. You don’t have to, but it would help towards bandwidth costs and probably give you a little bit of positive karma.

so good to have Manic for OSX – its the real deal. I’m transported to mispent youth of the early 80s. You got any cheats that you send me?
Many thanks for this great Sinclair history.
Loved the game, brought a tear, (well nearly), remembering past days.
Excellent. Feel like I’m 14 again. Damn this game was a huge part of my youth!
Great stuff – lost count of the number of hours I wasted ( !) playing this !
Brilliant blast from the past still crap at it though please send me cheats
Thanks! Only thing better would be with infinite lives !
Lots of requests for cheats here
Without giving the game away, let me just say that one of the original cheats works in this version. Question is, is it the Bug-Byte cheat or the Software Projects cheat?
couldn’t give us a clue on the cheats could you. I have tried both bugbyte and sw proj cheats for moving between rooms with no success. Alos tried pause then * to get an extra 9 lives, still no luck.
please help get me through this addiction
